Job Description

? Job Title: Relationship Manager - is responsible for acquiring and managing customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the retail sector. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, sourcing new customers, and guiding them through the loan application and approval process. The officer will be expected to meet sales targets, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide exceptional service to all customers.

Job Responsibilities:-



* Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets (LAP) 


* Responsible for generating prospective sales lead 


* Responsible for generating direct lead (No DSA sourcing, only direct) 


* Responsible for making cold calls & generating leads from database 


* Coordinating with underwriting team for processing of application. 


* The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 months of Banking/Finance industry/DSAs. 


* The candidate must have experience of LAP product of at least 6-7 months. 


* Should have experience of similar loan products i.e., home loan, mortgage, PL, secured, etc. 


* Only male candidates are preferred. 


* The candidate should be an experienced one with no gap. 


* If candidates are handling PL product, then they should be handling high ticket size.




 Work: Desired Candidates profile:




* Thorough understanding of Secured loan, Lap. 


* The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 months. 


* The candidate should have ability to handle sales call independently.


* The candidate must have experience into cold calling 


* The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and Personality. 


* Ability to effectively Understand & communicate the product. 


* Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills. 


* Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems 


* Good knowledge of local language
