Job Summary:
The company seeks a results-oriented Relationship Manager - Sales to build client relationships. This role involves understanding client financial needs, offering insurance and investment solutions, and meeting sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company values.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients and expand the client base.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct financial assessments to understand client goals and needs.
Present and sell insurance products, including Life, Health, and General Insurance.
Present and sell investment products, including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Fixed Deposits (FD), and government schemes (PPF, NPS).
Utilize the Axis Securities platform for client investments.
Provide financial guidance, including tax saving and asset protection strategies.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Meet sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends and financial products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales or relationship management experience in financial services.
Understanding of financial products and insurance solutions.
Communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build client trust.
Client-focused mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Proven sales record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM, IRDA, Certified Financial Planner - CFP).
Knowledge of the local market in Bihar.
