We have Urgent openings for the position of Relationship Manager for Banca Channel Bancassurance Sales in Edelweiss Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

 

Locations : Bangalore ( Yelahanka, K.G Road & RBI Layout)


Channel : Banca. (Equitas Small Finance Bank)

 

CTC Offered : Upto 2.4 lpa 3.5 lpa

 

Most Preffered : Candidates having experience in Banca Channel fron Any Life Insurance Company.

 

Age Criteria : 25 to 35.

 

Experience : Minimum 6 months to 3 yrs in Life Insurance.

 

Job Description :

 

As a Banca Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products through our partnered banking channels. You will work closely with bank staff to drive sales, support product training, and implement marketing strategies to meet our sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with bank partners to drive life insurance sales.
  • Coordinate with bank staff to implement sales strategies and training programs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and product training sessions with bank staff.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
  • Work with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.

 

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 3 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the banca channel.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with bank staff.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Should be open for a field sales role (100%).

Should have very good knowledge in BFSI & Life insurance products and business.

Should be able to explain current role effectively
