Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and other channel partners.



Drive residential property sales through channel partnerships and direct clients.



Generate leads and follow up on potential clients to close deals effectively.



Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective buyers.



Provide market insights, trends, and data to help clients make informed decisions.



Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Maintain client database and CRM updates regularly.



Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including exhibitions and property shows.



Handle post-sales services and coordinate with developers for documentation and handover.




Key Skills Required:



Strong knowledge of the residential real estate market.



Proven sales and negotiation skills.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Client-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.



Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.



Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.




Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
