·     The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationships with clients, selling life and SME insurance products for the company.

·     The candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions regarding life and SME insurance products.

·     Establish and maintain relationships with clients, both new and existing. This involves understanding client needs, offering advice, and providing solutions.

·     Sell life and SME insurance policies to clients, based on their specific needs and preferences.

·     Ensure that clients are satisfied with their life and SME insurance policies and the services they receive. This involves responding promptly to client queries and complaints and providing timely updates.

·     Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other activities. This includes updating client information and ensuring that all records are up-to-date.

·     Keep abreast of industry developments, including new products, regulations, and trends.

·     Collaborate with other team members, to ensure that clients receive a seamless service.

·     Ability to work independently and collaboratively to create Cross-sell and Upsell opportunities.
