Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, field visits, references, etc.

Explain product features and benefits, and offer suitable plans as per customer needs.

Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Provide prompt after-sales service and resolve customer queries or complaints.

Ensure regular follow-up with clients for policy renewals and premium payments.

Market Intelligence and Feedback:

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to the branch/cluster manager about customer expectations and product improvements.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure accurate documentation of policies, customer KYC, and related paperwork.

Adhere strictly to all company policies and IRDAI regulations.

Reporting and Coordination:

Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the Cluster Manager.

Coordinate with the underwriting and ope

rations team for seamless policy issuance.
