Job Title: Relationship Manager

Qualification: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 1- 3 Years Past experience of working on the Agency channel/ POSP network is preferred.

Location: Kolkata

Domain: General Insurance/Life Insurance/Health Insurance

We have an urgent requirement of a Relationship Manager, in our Retail Insurance department.


Responsibilities:

? Relationship Management with channel partners.

? Manage, Recruit and develop the team of POSP and Channel Partner.

? Managing and delivering revenue targets set by the company on a monthly and quarterly basis.

? Coordinating with the corporate office, sales support and relevant teams for all intermediaries and client related issues.

? Doing joint calls with the partners and Advisors to generate and help them to achieve their monthly numbers.

? Business generation through POSP, Channel Partner and Direct Client.

? Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and POSP network.

? Creating agency distribution (POSP) for the company

? Build long-term relations with POSP by understanding their requirements as well as their client needs and providing the best possible product and solutions.

? Interact and engage periodically with POSP and Channel Partners for both existing and potential business opportunities.

? Ensure adherence to all rules and norms.

? Actively involved in leg work for best representation of a deal to the underwriter for getting the best quote.

? Proactively plan for peak dates of renewal and prioritize service-related aspects.
