We are a growing Insurance Marketing Firm (IMF) dedicated to offering tailored financial solutions including insurance, investment, and wealth management services. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Relationship Manager(RM) to build lasting client relationships and drive financial growth. Key Responsibilities: Acquire and manage clients for insurance, mutual funds, and financial products Understand client needs and provide suitable financial solutions Maintain long-term relationships to increase client retention and wallet share Conduct financial planning sessions and regular follow-upsMeet sales targets through client acquisition, referrals, and follow-ups Provide after-sales support and ongoing financial guidance Handle documentation, application processing, and policy issuance Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems Coordinate with insurance companies and mutual fund platforms Prepare daily reports, MIS, and support sales staff with backend operations Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
