Job Description
We are hiring Male & Female Nurses to be part of our dedicated care team. Qualifications: BSc Nursing / PC BSc / GNM Experience in psychiatric care preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply Be a part of a compassionate, professional environment focused on holistic mental health and well-being. Job Description Conduct mental health assessments and risk evaluations. Monitor patient behavior, emotional state, and physical condition. Administer prescribed medications and monitor side effects. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide therapeutic support and crisis intervention when required. Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment plans. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other health professionals. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients. Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings. Adhere to ethical and legal nursing practices and patient confidentiality policies.
