Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of healthcare settings. The RN will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. The role requires effective communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition. Provide patient education and support to patients and families. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Record patient health information and medical histories. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members. Coordinate patient care activities and communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team. Safety and Compliance: Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
