Position: Regional Store Manager Location: Mumbai Joining: Immediate Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only Industry: Fashion Apparel Retail Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Store Manager to oversee multiple fashion apparel retail outlets across the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate must come with strong expertise in fashion apparel retail, a solid understanding of premium fashion brands, and proven leadership in managing store operations, sales targets, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the performance of all retail stores under the region. Drive store-wise sales performance, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor store managers and staff to ensure brand standards and SOPs are consistently followed. Develop and implement strategies to improve footfall, customer engagement, and revenue. Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and HO teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and visual displays. Handle P&L accountability for the region and deliver business growth as per company goals. Candidate Requirements: Male candidate only, with immediate joining availability. Minimum 3+ years of experience in fashion apparel retail; multi-store management experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of fashion brands, customer trends, and retail business metrics. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel locally across Mumbai stores when required.
