You are an experienced professional in the Printing and Packaging Industry with 7 to 10 years of experience, seeking a full-time Senior role in Chennai. Your role as a Service Manager or similar position will require you to possess strong qualifications and skills such as team building, decision-making, conflict management, evaluation & assessment, problem-solving, troubleshooting, technical drawing, and schematics. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing service operations in the North Region, overseeing the regional service team to ensure service excellence, developing and implementing service strategies to meet company needs, monitoring service performance to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
