Job Description
- 1. Sales and Revenue Growth:Achieve Regional Sales Targets: Ensure that the sales goals for the region are met or exceeded.

- Market Share: Increase the market share in the assigned region, identify opportunities for expansion, and leverage existing product lines to enhance sales.
- 2. Distribution and Channel Management:Distributor Network: Manage and expand the network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure product availability.
- Channel Optimization: Ensure effective supply chain management, product distribution, and identify gaps or underperforming channels.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Collaborate with distribution teams to ensure inventory is managed effectively, preventing both stockouts and excess stock.
- 3. Team Leadership and People Management:Sales Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Talent Development: Focus on recruiting, training, and developing high-performing individuals in the team.
- Performance Monitoring: Set clear targets, conduct regular performance appraisals, and provide feedback to improve team performance.
