As a Sales Manager at Orango Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by taking on various responsibilities to generate revenue and expand growth opportunities within the company. Your primary focus will be on persuading potential clients to purchase advertising space and ensuring existing clients are satisfied with our products and services. Your responsibilities will include persuading clients to buy advertising space or time, locating and contacting potential clients to offer advertising services, explaining how specific types of advertising can effectively promote their products or services, providing cost estimates, processing correspondence and paperwork related to accounts, delivering sales presentations, informing clients of advertising options, delivering proofs for approval, preparing promotional plans and contracts, and recommending appropriate advertising formats. To qualify for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA may be advantageous. You should also have 3-8 years of proven experience in advertising sales or business development, preferably within the media or advertising industry. Demonstrated success in securing advertising deals and meeting revenue targets is essential, along with excellent communication skills, proficiency in sales techniques, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. As a Sales Manager, you should be able to work with both big/emerging and established brands, possess a goal-oriented and relentless attitude, and have a passion for selling.
