Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and energetic RSM for the Hyderabad location. NOTE : IT, Non IT, digital , retail, pharma sales person not required. Detailed tasks / Key Responsibilities: Increase sales of valves Make product presentations. For projects visit Builders & Developers. Maintain relations with existing clients. Identify new clients. Maintaining and increasing sales of your companys products Reaching the targets and goals set for your area. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market like meeting Setting sales targets for individual and your team as a whole Developing sales strategies and setting targets Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets. Compiling and analyzing sales figures Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself Collecting customer feedback and market research Reporting to senior managers Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Candidate Profile Education: BSc/BE / Engineers Mechanicals/Civil / Instrumentations Experience: min. 5-12 years exp. of working with builders, MEP consultants, plumbing contractors. Weightage if he has exposure to Sanitary/ plumbing distributors. Due weightage given for exposure of new product launch or setting up new sales territories.
