Job Description
You will be responsible for leading and driving sales through field teams and channel partners as a Field Sales Manager. Your main duties will include team management, target achievement, retail coverage, and market expansion. Your key responsibilities will be to lead and guide field sales executives/DSRs, ensure daily market visits and beat execution, achieve primary and secondary sales targets, appoint and manage retailers/distributors, track sales performance, stock, and collections, and train the field team on products and sales skills. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate (MBA preferred) with at least 3-6 years of field sales experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, and you should be target-oriented and willing to travel. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day with additional performance and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.,
