Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located at our Borivali, Mumbai campus. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, recruiting candidates, and training new hires. Daily tasks will involve crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
