Job Description
As a Non-IT Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our clients Sales Vacancies. Your primary responsibility will be to execute end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both clients and candidates. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, including roles, responsibilities, and specific requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business and staffing goals. Candidate Sourcing And Screening Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source qualified candidates. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications match client requirements. Maintain a proactive pipeline of potential candidates for upcoming roles. End-to-End Recruitment Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to candidate onboarding. Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer and negotiation process. Market Research Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to clients. Data Management Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and client requirements using our recruitment platform. Qualifications Any Bachelors degree Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT domains. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.,
