Job Description

As an Officer / Sr. Officer in Recruitment specializing in Bulk Hiring, you will be responsible for managing hard-core bulk hiring within the Sales domain, with a preference for BFSI experience. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, aligning with budget constraints, and establishing selection criteria. Utilizing various sourcing methods such as Recruitment Consultants, Job Portals, Referrals, Social Media, and Campus Recruitment, you will build a robust candidate pipeline. Coordinating interview logistics and schedules across multiple locations, you will review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates" skills and experience to match job requirements effectively. Negotiating and closing positions with selected candidates will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will oversee the entire interview process, provide regular reports to Hiring Managers, and adapt to evolving recruitment trends and practices. Your desired skill set should include the ability to develop recruitment strategies, proficiency in diverse sourcing avenues, knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening, and the capacity to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
