Sr. Recruitment Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Do the sourcing sales profiles as per Requirements.
- Collaborate with Business teams to get the selections.
- Collaborate with employees, HRBPs, managers,& external stakeholders.
- Help with the onboarding team to get documentation done.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Sales or Banking or NBFC Recruitment
- Must Have Graduation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & conflict resolution skills.
- Qualification: Graduation / MBA
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
