Key Responsibilities:

  • Do the sourcing sales profiles as per Requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business teams to get the selections.
  • Collaborate with employees, HRBPs, managers,& external stakeholders.
  • Help with the onboarding team to get documentation done.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales or Banking or NBFC Recruitment
  • Must Have Graduation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement & conflict resolution skills.
  • Qualification: Graduation / MBA
  • Experience: 1 to 3 Years
