As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible IT solutions and services tailored to their business needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients . Understand clients" IT needs and work closely with the technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for growth. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewal of agreements. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and solutions to offer expert advice to clients. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience working with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Familiarity with IT service management tools and practices.,
