Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in [industry/sector, if applicable]).
- Good understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
