Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive (Recruiter) at CRSP CAPITAL, required for various branch locations. chittorgarh/bhilwara, banswara/ sagwara and sojat city. The HR Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing local candidates for branch-level positions. The role includes coordinating with branch heads to understand hiring needs and ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process. The candidate will also handle basic HR operational tasks like onboarding, attendance, and grievance handling at the branch.
