Job Description
- Reception Duties:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars as needed.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in maintaining social media accounts .
- Support content creation .
- Help manage and update the company website/blog with provided content.
- Organize and report on basic marketing metrics ( social media engagement, email open rates).
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with vendors or freelancers on basic tasks when required.
