Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist
Location: Tipsyy Inn Suites (All Properties)
Job Summary
Responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out, handling inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant stay experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and process check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
- Manage room allocations and coordinate with housekeeping.
- Handle calls, emails, and online booking queries.
- Process payments and maintain guest records in PMS.
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate when required.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
- Prior hotel front desk experience is an advantage.
- Good communication in English & Hindi.
- Basic computer and PMS knowledge.
- Pleasant, professional appearance.
