Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Location: Tipsyy Inn Suites (All Properties)


Job Summary

Responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out, handling inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant stay experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and process check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
  • Manage room allocations and coordinate with housekeeping.
  • Handle calls, emails, and online booking queries.
  • Process payments and maintain guest records in PMS.
  • Resolve guest complaints and escalate when required.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.


Requirements

  • Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
  • Prior hotel front desk experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication in English & Hindi.
  • Basic computer and PMS knowledge.
  • Pleasant, professional appearance.
