Job Summary:We are seeking a pleasant, professional, and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls politely and efficiently
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings (if applicable)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, telephone system)
