Job Summary:We are seeking a pleasant, professional, and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls politely and efficiently
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings (if applicable)
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
