- Oversee the front office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and efficient management of daily activities, including coordinating the reception area and managing incoming calls and inquiries. 


- Supervise the marketing office and its staff, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members while also supporting marketing initiatives and strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.


- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing schedules, while also attending to walk-in customers and providing them with timely updates and information, ensuring seamless communication with the head office management.
