Job Description

You are hiring a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist for locations in Pathankot, Punjab & Gandhinagar, Jammu. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and hold a UG / Graduate qualification. The salary offered is up to INR 18,000 for Pathankot and INR 15,000 for Jammu. The interview mode is Face to Face, and the industry is Clinic. As a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist, your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests, directing visitors to the appropriate person and office, answering and forwarding incoming phone calls, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-stocked. You will also provide basic information in person and via phone/email, receive and distribute daily courier deliveries, maintain office security, order front office supplies, update calendars, schedule meetings, and perform various clerical duties like filing, photocopying, and scanning. Good communication skills are a must, and candidates with prior experience in Hospitals / Clinics will be preferred. Immediate and nearby joiners will also be given preference.,
