We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads related to rental, resale, property management, and sale of residential and commercial properties. You will be the first point of contact between our company and prospective clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for renting, reselling, buying, and managing properties.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding property listings.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales or field agents.
• Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate information.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and post-visit queries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
