Roles & Responsibilities: Property Sales: Handle both resale (lease/rent) and off-plan properties. Listing Management: Maintain and update listings of available properties. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on property laws and policies. Skills Required: Business Development: Strong ability to develop new business opportunities. Target-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others. Dubai Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus. Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
