Job Description
- Property Management:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, sale and resale.
- Sale, Leasing and Tenant Relations:
- Managing the leasing process, including marketing available properties, negotiating lease agreements, and handling tenant issues and complaints.
- Financial Management:
- Developing and managing property budgets, tracking income and expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Compliance:
- Ensuring properties comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Strategic Planning:
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize property value and rental income.
Skills Required:
- Communication and Negotiation:
- Effectively communicating with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders, and negotiating lease agreements and contracts.
- Problem-solving:
- Addressing and resolving tenant issues, maintenance problems, and other challenges that may arise.
- Financial Management:
- Understanding financial statements, budgeting, and managing property expenses.
- Organizational Skills:
