Job Description

  • Property Management:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, sale and resale.
  • Sale, Leasing and Tenant Relations:
  • Managing the leasing process, including marketing available properties, negotiating lease agreements, and handling tenant issues and complaints.
  • Financial Management:
  • Developing and managing property budgets, tracking income and expenses, and preparing financial reports.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensuring properties comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize property value and rental income. 

Skills Required:

  • Communication and Negotiation:
  • Effectively communicating with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders, and negotiating lease agreements and contracts. 
  • Problem-solving:
  • Addressing and resolving tenant issues, maintenance problems, and other challenges that may arise.
