? Roles & Responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Manager
??? Team Leadership & Management Recruit, train, and supervise real estate sales agents.
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to discuss goals, strategies, and market updates.
? Sales Strategy & Performance Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Generate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer insights.
? Client Relations & Deal Management Support agents in closing high-value deals.
- Resolve client concerns or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, or partners.
? Market Research & Analysis Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive activity.
- Provide guidance on property pricing, marketing, and negotiation tactics.
- Stay updated with laws, regulations, and best practices in real estate.
? Marketing & Promotions Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract buyers and sellers.
- Oversee digital and offline marketing efforts for property listings and brand visibility.
- Organize property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
