Job Description As a Real Estate Sales Intern at Garg Realty, located in Sector-106, Gurgaon, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry. During this 3 to 6 months internship, with a possibility of converting to a full-time role, you will be exposed to high-value property transactions, client interactions, and sales strategies aimed at providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market. Your responsibilities will include assisting in client interactions and property site visits, supporting lead generation activities, and following up with potential buyers. You will also be required to understand and promote both residential and commercial properties, learn negotiation techniques, and contribute to deal closures. It is essential to stay updated on Gurgaon's real estate trends and developments to excel in this role. We are seeking freshers with a keen interest in real estate sales, possessing strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about learning. Good networking and relationship-building skills are also crucial for success in this role.
