Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of real estate properties

• Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
• Coordinate property showings and client meetings
• Guide clients through the negotiation process to ensure a fair deal
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices

• Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
