Job Description
We are looking for smart, confident, and enthusiastic female candidates to join our team as Sales & Telecaller Executives for our growing property listing platform.
- Responsibilities : Handle inbound/outbound calls with potential property buyers and sellers
- Build strong relationships and trust with customers
- Convince property owners to list their properties on our platform
- Manage leads using CRM and lead management software
- Assist in managing website property listings and updates
- Follow up with clients and close property deals
- Requirements : Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English
- Strong convincing power and interpersonal bonding
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Google Forms, etc.)
- Familiarity with website backend (WordPress or similar preferred)
- Experience with lead management software (CRM tools)
- Friendly, proactive, and well-organized personality
Salary: Based on experience plus incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
