Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Greater Noida (Alpha 1)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Work mode: WFO (Work from office)
Experience: 6 months - 2 Years
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
Salary: (180,000 to 240,000) Per Annum
(Salary is negotiable, it depends on your interview, Experience and Last drawn)
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and build a customer base by researching and identifying potential customers.
· Handling inbound/ outbound calls.
· Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to customers.
· Negotiate and close deals with customers.
· Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
· Solving queries raised, and explaining about products/ services/ offers to the clients.
· Taking regular follow-ups with clients.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
· Continuously update knowledge of products and services to maintain a competitive edge.
· Provide excellent customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
· Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
· Good convincing power.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
