ASSET SCOUT PVT LTD is hiring for Sales Executive (Baner)

Eligibility:

·      HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (Real estate Preferred)

·      SSC with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Real estate Preferred)

·      Candidate should be comfortable in working from office.

·      Fresher also can apply who have good communication & probing skills.

Responsibilities:

·      Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.

·      Set up site visits with potential clients.

·      Survey projects sites and gather data to deliver it to clients.

·      Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

·      Take Ownership of Sale.

·      Meeting His/Her Target

Requirements:

·      Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

·      Ability to Understand Customer Requirement and Fulfil them.

·      Fast learner and passion for sales.

·      Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

·      This is a field job. Should be ready to travel for sales.

·      Good Listener, Good at Story Telling

·      Should Be Accountable

·      Someone looking a career with a minimum of 3 years of in Real Estate

·      Empathetic

·      Problem Solving Mind-set

·      Must Have Bike.

Designation: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Salary:  Fresher:  15000/- to 25000/-

              Experience: 25000/- to 45000/- (Depends on Competency)
