Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Real Estate Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitors.
  • Conduct site visits with prospective clients and explain project features.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, social media, and other marketing platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with builders, developers, and other third parties.
  • Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and follow up regularly.
  • Support documentation and closing processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent preferred).
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable with a pleasant personality.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus).
