Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, closing property sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will play a key role in helping customers find their ideal residential or commercial properties while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups.
Conduct property tours and site visits with prospective buyers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Present and market real estate projects to clients using brochures, presentations, and digital tools.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales progress.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for a smooth transaction process.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
Attend real estate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns when required.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the local property market.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of legal and financial aspects of property sales.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Must have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Minimum qualification: Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse client base.
Experience with residential, commercial, or luxury properties.
Digital marketing or lead generation knowledge is a plus.
The working location is in Baner & Hinjewadi.
