Experience : 2 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and follow-ups
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties
* Organize and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate and close deals efficiently
* Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and deals
* Build lasting relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
* Proven sales experience (real estate preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of the local real estate market
