Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into buyers. This role involves extensive fieldwork, client interaction, and a deep understanding of real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential buyers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Stay updated on real estate regulations, pricing trends, and project developments.


Requirements:

  • Education: Any graduate
  • Experience: 1-5 years in real estate sales, insurance, banking, or FMCG (freshers with sales skills can apply).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in local language and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
