You will be responsible for conducting research on commercial and residential properties to find suitable options based on budget and preferences. This involves utilizing online databases, attending open houses, and identifying vacant land, hotels, game machine facilities, and shopping centers. Your role will also involve exploring new and innovative strategies for property development. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct detailed research on properties, analyzing Profit/Loss Margins and comparing them to determine competitive market prices. Staying updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements will be crucial. You should have a deep understanding of local market conditions, property values, and real estate laws. Managing day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties will be part of your responsibilities. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining organized records. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms will be necessary for interaction with clients and team members. Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Providing exceptional customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a strong grasp of real estate terminology, processes, and documentation are essential. Problem-solving skills, time management, and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively are key attributes needed for this role. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, along with 5-10 years of experience in the real estate industry are required. You should have a strong network and connections with various businesses and decision-makers within the construction industry, ranging from contractors and developers to engineers.,
