Job Description
Location: Hyderabad- Chandhanagar, Kukatpally and Kompally. Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Real Estate Experience Preferred Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Sales: Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs. Convince and encourage clients to visit the property sites. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the properties. Effectively handle negotiations, ensuring a favorable outcome for both clients and the company. Market Analysis: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competition. Provide clients with insights into the real estate market, helping them make informed decisions. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle client inquiries and follow up with potential leads. Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills in both Telugu and English. Present and explain real estate products to clients in a clear and convincing manner. Other Requirements: The candidate must possess a two-wheeler for commuting purposes. Qualifications: Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
