About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Consultant/Agent to join our growing team. • Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate process including market research, property visits, negotiations, and closing.
• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market analysis.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Stay informed on current market trends, pricing, and inventory in assigned areas.
• Prepare and present offers, sales agreements, and lease documents.
• Work closely with mortgage brokers, legal advisors, home inspectors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and client interactions using CRM tools or real estate software.
• Comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and company policies.
