ReactJs - Sr.Consultant (5 -7Yrs) 2. ReactJs - Consultant (3 - 4Yrs) Responsibilities: Develop new user-facing features using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise components for performance across devices and browsers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and QA. Integrate RESTful APIs or GraphQL services. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and maintain high code quality. Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end technologies and tools. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience as a React JS Developer or similar role in front-end development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, and React.js. Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Redux, React Router, and Context API. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm. Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL integration. Knowledge of unit testing tools like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. Proficient with Git and version control workflows. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimisation. Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., Styled Components). Good to Have: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Azure Cloud. Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with state management libraries such as MobX.
