Job Description: React Developer (Team Lead) Location: Andheri Chakala, JB Nagar, Mumbai Experience: 10-12 years total, with 8+ years in React Responsibilities: Development: Work as a hands-on developer to design and implement robust, scalable React applications. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Team Building: Actively participate in hiring and building the development team to strengthen the projects capabilities. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through regular code reviews and best practices.
