Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and passionate React Developer (Fresher) to join our front-end development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or strong academic knowledge in building responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and Redux Toolkit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js
- Build responsive layouts using Tailwind CSS and CSS3
- Manage application state using Redux Toolkit
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to deliver seamless UI/UX
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js
- Hands-on knowledge of Tailwind CSS and CSS3
- Familiarity with Redux Toolkit for state management
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data fetching
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Ability to write clean and structured code
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
