Job Description
As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Assam, specifically in Guwahati. We are looking for candidates who have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, along with 1-3 years of on-site experience. Your primary duties will include working collaboratively in a team, demonstrating proficiency in RE wall or flyover construction, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. You should have a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations, and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and supervising site staff, which includes engineers, technicians, and laborers. This role requires full-time, permanent availability with a day shift schedule. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Control, total work, and industrial construction is required.
