Job Description
Alcatraz Chemicals is seeking a dedicated and experienced R & D Manager to join our team. As the R & D Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Research and Development department. The ideal candidate should have a PhD in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in R&D. Candidates based in Vadodara, Gujarat will be given preference for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary package of 12 LPA. In addition to the salary, we offer benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and yearly bonus.
