Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor (MEP) at Callidus Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost plans for MEP projects. Your responsibilities will include performing cost control measures, generating cost reports, estimating project costs, participating in tender processes, and maintaining effective communication with contractors and clients. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management. Your ability to prepare and manage BOQs, proficiency in Cost Reporting and analysis, as well as excellent analytical and numerical skills will be essential. A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field is required. Moreover, having experience in the construction industry, especially in MEP projects, is preferable. Your strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team, will contribute to your success in this position.
